New Life Hiking Spa traditionally offers three levels of hikes every morning so you can choose which is best for you. Beginner hikes are nature walks that take hikers along mountain streams and working farms. Intermediate hikes lead hikers along diverse terrain of the famous Appalachian and Long Trails. Advance hikes challenge spa guests up some of the highest peaks in Vermont with breathtaking views.
In addition to the three morning hikes, New Life is offering another morning option which includes a one-hour workout appropriate for all levels and a one-hour workshop teaching various healthy living skills. If you are new to a fitness regime the morning workout will help by easing you into the more strenuous hiking program.
