Island Nights, Fun & More In Tampa Bay, FL

Ready to escape to the islands? You can do it all summer long during Island Nights at Adventure Island. Island Nights, a new event for the season, is a summer celebration of everything island, from Aruba to Cuba and Key West to the Caribbean Island Nights is a vacation from the everyday each Friday and Saturday night from June through Mid Aug from 5 to 9 p.m. When you hear the conch shell sound, the park switches over to island time! And, there’s more to do Tampa Bay than you may have imagined…

    “Busch Gardens Celebrates 50 Years of Fun Every Night of the Summer – Stay Late To Dance, Ride, and Party.” Join the party every night this summer at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay as the park celebrates 50 years of fun. Summer Nights offers extended hours, special entertainment, the thrill of riding coasters in the dark and festive food and drink every night. The summer season runs from June through Mid. Aug.

    One of the new exhibits to open at the Tampa Bay History Center’s 3,000-squarefoot temporary gallery is the Florida Cattle Ranching: Five Centuries of Tradition, which runs through the end of the year. This traveling exhibit explores Florida’s ranching legacy. It comes from the Florida Folklife Program, a component of the Florida Department of State’s Division of Historical Resources.     One of our favorite places in the Tampa Bay area is the Big Cat Rescue center, which are excited to announce their summer Wild Eyes at Night Tours. This is a great time to visit and see the big cats when they are
