Spring skiing in Maine means milder weather and some exciting and unique events at Maine’s ski areas that make for a great time on the slopes.

Halifax Oyster Festival

The inaugural Halifax Oyster Festival, Presented by Costa takes place on Manatee Island in the Intracoastal Water along downtown Daytona Beach, Fla. Coordinated by the Halifax Oyster Reef Restoration Society, the Halifax Oyster Festival is the first of its kind in the Daytona Beach area, and is believed to be the only oyster festival fully devoted to supporting oyster reef restoration.

Bermuda’s pink sand beaches will heat up this Valentine’s Day with a performance by eight-time Grammy Award-winning R&B legends Earth, Wind & Fire, during the Annual Bermuda International Love Festival.  From February 13th – 16th, couples from all over the globe are invited to reconnect, rekindle and revive their spirit of love on this enchanted island paradise. Love Festival guests will “feel the love” in Bermuda at the Premier’s Welcome Cocktail Party hosted by Newstead Belmont Hills Golf Resort and Spa, followed by the Love Festival Kick-off Concert at the Fairmont Southampton.
